Simple Motion with GX Works3 Training
This course is intended to introduce the simple motion modules and their programming using GX Works3. The course will discuss the configuration of modules, servo parameters, and motion control settings, as well as programming of basic motion tasks and basic troubleshooting. This material is relevant to the RD77MS, RD77GF, RD78G (in simple motion mode), as well as FX5-SSC-S and FX5-SSC-G simple motion modules.
Course requirements: Experience using GX Works3. It is highly recommended that the student already be familiar with controller programming and troubleshooting and the student has already attended GX Works3 Programming, either in person or virtually.

- Recommended to complete GX Works3 Programming, in person or virtually.
- eLearning courses to take before this course include Introduction to Servos and Introduction to Positioning.
Course materials:
- No hardware needed.
- GX Works3 software (If you do not have the software, a free 30-day trial version can be provided for the class).
Course duration: This course will be taught in 4 consecutive half-day sessions.
